| This one-day workshop focused on moving from survival to thriving. Based on the Skeleton Woman story, we created with needle, thread, buttons, sequins and glitter, roadmaps for successful futures. Elements included healthy hearts, indentifying and celebrating places on our bodies where sadness lingers and finding our own song. |
